It is known that the flying pod scene was filmed in Noerdlingen. This village was just used for this overview. During their flight Willy Wonka is offering his factory to Charlie. You can take a look out of the window during their discussion. There is a castle ruin passing by. This is Burgruine Flochberg in Bopfingen. Not far away from Noerdlingen. Yeah, I found it!! Hopefully, that the pod ride background was not just fake - I tried to find their travelling route. And this was really successfull. I was just searching via google for some old castles close to Noerdlingen.
